Start  the day with Lydia in a Matwork Fascia Bodywork Session. A reminder of applied fascia anatomy as you move and sense the fascia tension and connections; as you unwind the body to move with ease for the great day ahead.

A holistic and multidiscipline approach to strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Enhance your body awareness while training every muscle in your body to develop flexibility, core strength, balance and back bends.

 Shhh! The TPP Woman is Evolving! – Lydia Campbell
A practical update on women’s health exercises from fascia adhesions causing pain in her body, to weak pelvic floor muscles due to posture, hormones and childbirth. We are not physio’s or Dr’s but this is a vital update for you and your clients on what to teach for PC health.

Its a fun dynamic flow practice with simulating pranayama, sound healing and a yoga rave – leaving you energised with yoga festival vibes!

Fascia loves moving, sliding, gliding and compression you will feel all of this in this mobility class.

Covid affects all of the body from breathing, a constant cough, muscle wastage and fatigue. Discover neurofascia exercises and medical tips to help the body restore, ease breathing, aid circulation and fascia healing.

It is not about the moves as seen in the usual yoga fitness to contortion yoga Instagram classes that identify with this. It is about the breath and fascia and how we can help our clients feel and sense as they open up inside and stretch and lengthen their bodies.

Discover the perfect combination of Ballet, yoga breathing and fascia release to allow you to move with strength, poise and ease in this great combination.

Yoga By Candlelight (60 minutes) – Stuart Pilkington

Join us for a candlelight yoga practice that promises deep relaxation and rejuvenation of body and mind. This class is the perfect tonic for the speed of our day to day life as it offers a rare opportunity to turn inward to a sense of deep connection. The practice is suitable for all levels and will include breath work, sound healing, and for those that are comfortable with assist.

The class is a slow flow, hip and heart opening sequence with deep relaxation/hypnotherapy techniques.

When we take our practice to the mat, Stuart will lead a yoga nidra, conscious sleep practice, and once they are fully relaxed we will incorporate essential oils and offer a few assists. Then we slowly wakeup, and chant a quiet OM.

  • Sarah Deeley-PorterTPP Gut Health Fascia Workout. Please note this session is not at Kew live. A great TPP class on the gut and ideal for anyone with IBS.

Getting to the Venue

Travel to the venue by car — Kew is close to the M25 via M3 and A316, M4, A4 and A205.

By train, take the District Line to Kew Gardens and use the back exit, and it is a 10 minute walk to the venue; or the South West Railway from Waterloo to Kew Bridge and then a 20 minute walk.

There are hotels and BnBs close by. Parking is right next door in National Archives Car Park and also in Kew Retail Shopping Centre car park.

Changes and Cancellations

If you book and attend on the day you will receive a bonus discount for future training as a Trigger Point Pilates instructor.

Please note if you need to make any changes to your booking, i.e. the booking name, you will need to email the office on: lydia@fitcamps.com and pay an admin fee of £12 for change of name.

Please note if you wish to cancel there are no refunds unless you have a medical condition that stops you from exercising. To cancel you will need a doctor’s letter. A cancellation fee of £12 is incurred. However if you do need to cancel, we can offer you a place at the next event with TPP.
